Exactly as described. We were looking for quiet on a July 4th weekend and that’s what we found. Yes the neighbor kids had a few noise makers but not war zone type of noise we get at home. It was very peaceful except for an hour on the 4th. Great location too!

Apartment was the perfect size for us. Absolutely spotless and smelled so clean when we got there. Great location for the Amish Furniture Market that we were attending and for bopping around in Berlin. Loved sitting on the porch drinking coffee and watching life go by...slowly! Jeff communicated well with us and check-in was a breeze. We are already planning for the furniture market next year and I'm hoping this place will be available then!
